Orders are shipped out same or next day except on holidays and Weekends.
USPS/FedEx does not deliver on holidays or Sundays. During these days, the tracking information will not change.
All orders will be shipped via USPS unless too big. In this case, the package will be shipped FedEx (Most Orders Take 5-7 Business Days to Arrive.)
We do ship to verified APO/FPO military addresses.
If a product is not recieved and it shows in the tracking information that it got lost somewhere on the route, we will ship you out a new package after 30 days of the shipping date.
If an item is shipped and shows it’s “delivered” in the tracking information we are not responsible for it if it gets stolen from your mailbox or you say it was not delivered.
We will charge you a $9.99 fee for shipments that are incorrectly addressed due to customer’s error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error, e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $9.99 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction. At this point, you can either pay the cost to send the order back out or we will refund you the cost of order minus shipping. This will only happen if we receive the package back, if we do not we will not be able to offer a refund.
If we do not get the package back then you will not be able to receive a refund.
Any problem with an order must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
To keep the prices low, we currently do not accept any returns on products that have been opened in any kind of way.
If a product is damaged during shipment, please notify us ASAP (24 hours after receiving at the latest), we usually get a heads up by USPS if something was damaged during the shipment so we should know before you. In this case, we will ship you out a new item or refund you your payment.
Packages that are damaged during shipping must be sent back to the senders address on the package before getting a refund or another one sent out.
You will be liable for the shipping charges of the item. We try our best to package our products securely but once it is in the post office’s hands we have no control on how they handle it.
If you decide to get a refund, you will be given a full refund minus the cost it was for us to ship to you.
All returns must have a tracking number, an order number, and reason for return.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any damaged product must be received by us and reviewed before any credits are given or replacement product is shipped.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
