111% Asylum Guarantee

We are confident you will love our products too; but since all Gorehounds aren’t the same - we’re bringing you an industry changing 111% Asylum Guarantee! If you’re not completely satisfied with your product(s) from insanelabz.com, hit up the Mad Chemist within 15 calendar days of your receipt of the order (based on carrier tracking)  to obtain a return material authorization (RMA).  Upon receipt of your return we will issue a store credit of 111% of the purchase price (excluding shipping and pro-rated, when the product was part of a deal or stack purchase)! Authorized returns must be postmarked no more than three (3) businees days after receipt of the RMA and empty bottles or bottles returned containing anything other that the original product will not be eligible for any refund value. 

This guarantee is applicable to verified supplement purchases made from insanelabz.com and does not cover Insane Labz® retailers or other sales channels. Returns for retail purchases must be handled directly with the retail location, in accordance with the store's return policy. 

Insane Labz does not provide return shipping labels and is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during the return process. Samples, clothing, and other accessories are not covered under this guarantee - for information on returns of these products, please see "Returns" below.  

Insane Labz retains the right to refuse credit based on repetitive returns, empty returned containers or containers containing something other than the original product or for any other abuse or suspected abuse of the 111% Asylum Guarantee Policy.  

Returns

In the event you are not satisfied with your product, for any reason, you may return it with a return authorization obtained when you hit up the Mad Chemist within 15 calendar days of your receipt of the order (based on carrier tracking).  A refund for the value of the product (excluding shipping and pro-rated, when the product was part of a deal or stack purchase) will be credited to the original payment method, no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by Insane Labz®.  Authorized returns must be postmarked no more than three (3) business days after receipt of the RMA and empty bottles or bottles returned containing anything other that the original product will not be eligible for any refund value. 

Insane Labz does not provide return shipping labels and is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during the return process. 

It may take up to 3-5 additional working days for your account to reflect the credit. Insane Labz is not responsible for return shipping charges or products lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Refunds for returned items are handled on case by case basis and are separate from Insane Labz® 111% Asylum Guarantee.
