Throughout October, Insane Labz is rewarding eligible TikTok Shop creators and affiliates for producing original content, promoting Insane Labz products, and generating sales through TikTok Shop.

Eligible participants have the opportunity to earn cash rewards, free products, exclusive commissions, and additional bonuses based on their content creation and verified sales performance.

The campaign includes three promotional opportunities: the GO INSANE Video Challenge, the Earn More with Insane Labz GMV Challenge, and the TikTok Shop Spotlight Campaign.

By participating, creators agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Campaign Overview

All campaign dates and deadlines are based on Central Time (CT).

The October campaign period begins at 12:00 AM CT on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on October 31, 2026.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the GO INSANE with Insane Labz TikTok Shop Creator Reward Campaign, creators must meet the following requirements:

• Maintain a valid TikTok Shop affiliate account in good standing.
• Be eligible to promote and earn commissions on Insane Labz products through TikTok Shop.
• Join the official Insane Labz Discord community and follow campaign announcements and participation instructions.
• Publish qualifying content during the applicable campaign period.
• Comply with TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok Shop policies, applicable advertising regulations, and these campaign-specific Terms & Conditions.
• Maintain accurate contact and payment information to receive applicable rewards.

Creators must be legally eligible to participate in promotional campaigns and receive affiliate compensation in their applicable jurisdiction.

Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. GO INSANE Video Challenge

Creators can earn rewards by publishing qualifying TikTok Shop videos featuring Insane Labz products during October.

All qualifying videos must be published between October 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM CT and October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT.

Video Milestones & Rewards

Video Milestone Reward Rules

A creator who publishes 12 qualifying videos will earn the $50 reward associated with the 10-video milestone.

Creators who reach the five-video milestone without reaching a higher milestone may select either the $25 cash reward or one qualifying free product sample, subject to product availability.

Each creator may receive only one video milestone reward during the campaign.

The maximum standard video milestone cash reward is $150 per creator.

Posting Frequency Bonus

To qualify, creators must publish at least two qualifying videos on each of five consecutive calendar days.

All five days must fall within the official October campaign period.

The posting frequency bonus may be earned only once per creator during October, regardless of how many additional qualifying five-day periods are completed.

The $30 posting frequency bonus is separate from the standard video milestone reward and may be earned in addition to the creator's highest qualifying milestone reward.

Video Challenge Content Requirements

All qualifying videos must:

• Feature an eligible Insane Labz product available through TikTok Shop.
• Include the applicable TikTok Shop affiliate product link.
• Be original content created and published by the participating creator.
• Feature gym, fitness, workout, or related fitness lifestyle content.
• Avoid content focused exclusively on deals, discounts, or promotional pricing.
• Comply with TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok Shop policies, and applicable FTC advertising disclosure requirements.
• Remain publicly accessible for campaign verification.

Videos containing inaccurate pricing, unauthorized promotions, misleading claims, or other violations of campaign requirements may be excluded from reward calculations.

4. Earn More with Insane Labz GMV Challenge

Creators can earn additional cash rewards based on the total verified gross merchandise value (GMV) generated through eligible Insane Labz TikTok Shop affiliate sales during the October campaign period.

These cash rewards are separate from and may be earned in addition to standard TikTok Shop affiliate commissions and qualifying video challenge rewards.

GMV Reward Tiers

GMV Reward Rules

A creator who generates $100,000 or more in verified eligible GMV will earn the maximum standard GMV tier reward of $10,000.

Each creator may receive only one standard GMV tier reward during the campaign.

Top GMV Creator Bonus

The Top GMV Creator Bonus is separate from and may be earned in addition to the creator's highest qualifying GMV tier reward.

The bonus recipient will be determined after eligible sales, returns, cancellations, refunds, and other applicable adjustments have been reviewed.

In the event of a tie in verified GMV, Insane Labz will review the applicable TikTok Shop sales records and communicate the resolution to the affected creators.

GMV Calculation Rules

• Only eligible Insane Labz product sales generated through TikTok Shop affiliate links qualify.
• Sales must be attributable to the participating creator's eligible TikTok Shop affiliate account.
• GMV is based on eligible sales attributed to the creator during the official October campaign period.
• Returns, cancellations, refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, and other ineligible sales will be excluded from final qualifying GMV.
• Self-purchases intended to artificially inflate sales or manipulate campaign results are prohibited.
• Final qualifying GMV will be determined using TikTok Shop reporting and applicable sales adjustments.
• Insane Labz reserves the right to review and verify qualifying sales before awarding campaign rewards.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their affiliate accounts are properly linked to eligible Insane Labz products.

5. Bonus Prizes — $200 Cash Giveaway

Eligible creators can earn entries into a cash prize drawing by reaching qualifying video milestones during the October campaign.

Ten winners will each receive a $200 cash prize, for a total giveaway prize pool of $2,000.

Raffle Entry Milestones

Raffle Entry Rules

Creators who publish 20 or more qualifying videos will also receive a maximum of three raffle entries.

Each creator may receive a maximum of three raffle entries during the October campaign.

All qualifying videos must be published within the official October campaign period and satisfy the campaign's eligibility and content requirements.

Winner Selection

Ten winners will be selected by random drawing from the pool of eligible entries after the campaign ends and qualifying video activity has been verified.

Each qualifying entry provides an opportunity to be selected. Winning is not guaranteed.

Winners will be notified through official Insane Labz campaign communication channels.

Selected winners must provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and process their rewards.

Any unclaimed or unawarded prizes will be handled in accordance with the applicable official drawing rules and governing law.

6. TikTok Shop Spotlight Campaign

As part of the GO INSANE promotional campaign, Insane Labz will participate in an exclusive TikTok Shop Spotlight event.

Eligible participating creators will have access to additional promotional opportunities during the Spotlight Campaign.

Spotlight Campaign Benefits

Spotlight Campaign Participation

Creators are encouraged to publish qualifying Insane Labz content during October 21–27 to take advantage of Spotlight promotional opportunities.

All Spotlight Campaign content must comply with the eligibility, content, and disclosure requirements of the GO INSANE Campaign.

Qualifying videos published during the Spotlight Campaign may also count toward the October video milestones and posting frequency bonus, provided they satisfy all applicable requirements.

Eligible sales generated during the Spotlight Campaign may count toward October GMV reward calculations.

Free samples, additional commissions, advertising support, and promotional exposure are subject to applicable eligibility requirements, campaign approval, and availability.

Participation does not guarantee additional traffic, advertising support, sales, or earnings.

Specific Spotlight creator challenges, reward amounts, and qualification requirements will be communicated through official Insane Labz campaign channels.

7. General Campaign Rules

The following rules apply to all campaign rewards and promotional opportunities.

Qualifying Products: Only eligible Insane Labz products sold through TikTok Shop qualify for campaign rewards.

Qualifying Content: Videos must comply with all applicable campaign requirements and TikTok Shop policies.

Affiliate Links: Qualifying sales must be attributable to the participating creator's eligible TikTok Shop affiliate account.

Multiple Accounts: Creators operating multiple TikTok Shop affiliate accounts must disclose those accounts to Insane Labz for verification before requesting combined sales or content credit. Combining account activity is subject to verification and approval by Insane Labz.

Reward Limits: Standard video milestone rewards and standard GMV tier rewards are not cumulative within their respective reward categories. Creators may separately qualify for a video milestone reward, the posting frequency bonus, a GMV tier reward, the Top GMV Creator Bonus, and applicable additional prize opportunities, subject to each reward's eligibility requirements.

Sales Verification: Insane Labz may review campaign performance data to verify qualifying sales, video counts, and reward eligibility.

Prohibited Activity: Fraudulent orders, artificial sales inflation, fabricated engagement, and attempts to manipulate campaign results are prohibited.

Content Compliance: Videos containing inaccurate prices, unauthorized promotions, misleading sales claims, prohibited health claims, or other violations of campaign requirements may be disqualified.

Reward Eligibility: Insane Labz reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards associated with fraudulent activity, ineligible sales, or violations of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.

8. Content Guidelines

Insane Labz creators are expected to produce original, engaging, and compliant content that accurately represents Insane Labz products.

All campaign content must:

• Follow TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok Shop affiliate policies, and applicable FTC disclosure requirements.
• Clearly disclose the creator's affiliate, sponsored, or other material relationship with Insane Labz as required by applicable law and platform rules.
• Use accurate product descriptions and approved product claims.
• Avoid unsupported medical, disease-treatment, or misleading performance claims.
• Avoid inaccurate pricing, unauthorized promotional offers, or misleading discount claims.
• Comply with all applicable age restrictions and product-specific advertising requirements.
• Comply with applicable music, intellectual property, and content usage requirements.

Creators must not represent Insane Labz products as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease unless such claims are expressly authorized under applicable law.

Content that violates these requirements may be excluded from campaign participation and reward eligibility.

9. Reward Verification & Payment Terms

Standard TikTok Shop affiliate commissions will be paid through TikTok according to the platform's applicable commission and payment policies.

Additional Insane Labz campaign rewards will be paid separately, subject to verification of qualifying video activity, GMV, reward eligibility, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Payment Timing

Insane Labz will process verified and approved rewards after the applicable sales data has been finalized and the information necessary to issue payment has been received.

Payment Information

Participants must provide accurate and complete payment and contact information to receive campaign rewards.

Insane Labz may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify a creator's identity, confirm eligibility, or process payment.

Failure to provide required payment information may delay or prevent reward distribution.

Taxes

Participants are responsible for applicable taxes associated with cash rewards, commissions, merchandise, and other taxable prizes.

Insane Labz may request applicable tax documentation before issuing payment and may report payments to the appropriate tax authorities as required by law.

10. Campaign Verification & Final Determination

Insane Labz reserves the right to verify all qualifying videos, affiliate sales, GMV totals, and reward eligibility.

Final rewards will be based on verified campaign performance and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Creators may be required to provide supporting information, including TikTok Shop account details, qualifying video links, or other documentation reasonably necessary to verify participation.

Insane Labz may exclude fraudulent, canceled, refunded, ineligible, or otherwise nonqualifying activity from reward calculations.

Any disputes regarding campaign results or reward eligibility should be directed to the Insane Labz affiliate support team.

Insane Labz will review disputes and make final campaign determinations in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

11. Termination or Modification

Insane Labz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign when reasonably necessary, including in response to fraud, technical issues, platform restrictions, or circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law.

Any material changes to campaign requirements, rewards, or eligibility will be communicated through official Insane Labz campaign channels.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate rewards already earned under the published campaign terms except where required by law or necessary to address fraud, ineligible activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Additional campaign announcements, participation instructions, and reward updates may be communicated through Discord and other official Insane Labz channels.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the GO INSANE with Insane Labz® TikTok Shop Creator Reward Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Participation does not guarantee any particular level of sales, commissions, promotional exposure, or campaign rewards.

All rewards are subject to the applicable eligibility requirements, verified campaign performance, and these Terms & Conditions.
