Everyone versed in pre-workout has experienced it. You go out and buy a new pre, excited to try it; you scoop it into a cup of water and go to take a sip when... it is not quite what you expect. Terrible and bitter taste, awful chalky flavor, and a powder that won't fully dissolve! Then, reality sets it that you are stuck with this concoction for the next month or so.
I am here to say that Psycho Sam is none of that. When I originally ordered this pre, I did not have high expectations. For $20, Psycho Sam looked like an absolute dud--just one of many pre-workouts I would eventually try, and probably dislike. The reality is, however, that Psycho Sam is one of the best pre(s) that I have tried in my life. For one, it actually dissolves into the water like it is supposed to. This in of itself was a game changer, for I have never had a pre fully dissolve before. Next is its fantastic flavor; I ordered the grape flavor (how could you go wrong with grape), and they did not disappoint. Of course, it did not *truly* taste like grape, but nothing "grape flavored" ever does. For what it is, the grape flavor is immaculate, fully resembling the grape flavor we all know and love. Finally, how does it perform? After taking Psycho Sam, I truly felt like a psycho in the gym. Loaded with 400mg of caffeine, this pre-workout is really going to give you the energy boost you need. The only "downside" I noticed in this category is the lack of tingles, which I presume to be from an underdosage of beta-alanine. This is no problem, however, considering the price at which this is being sold at.
For $20, Psycho Sam is nothing to scoff at. It has fantastic flavor mixed with insane energy--there is nothing else you could want from a pre-workout. If I had to recommend a pre to somebody, this would definitely be on my list. The only complaint that I had throughout the process of buying and trying this pre would be the shipping time, for it took quite awhile for my purchase to arrive (especially considering the fact that I live not even two hours from the shipping site). Besides the shipping time, I would 100% recommend this to somebody else, and I will for sure be checking back with Insane Labz to try some of their other pre-workouts.
I got the black because I was looking for lowerstim pre. I’ve been taking gold for years but my schedule had changed and it was keep me up past my old man bedtime. The black gives me just the stem. I need to get through my workouts and not keep me awake for hours. We recommend for people who go to sleep around 8:30.
Love the flavor the hype and the pump, no crash with this one.
These products work! They give you the boost you need WITHOUT the intense jittery feeling. I personally enjoy them very much and would recommend giving them a try.
The Pre’s are awesome. Hellboy is absolutely awesome! The SAW Psychotic will have you looking for extra weight in the gym! The flavors for all the products are awesome! And the scoops are all good sized, giving you plenty of dosing power!
