I have used a lot of different pre-work out sups over the years but none seem to touch the Psychotic Gold. It gives me the focus and energy that I need to get through the work out. Seems to make me work out a little hard too. I would highly recommend this to any one wanting that extra edge.
The taste is perfect. It mixes easily too which is a huge plus. I catch it on sale, But I have used it for a while now. Great in water, better in milk, makes a killer smoothie. Ice, milk, blueberries and strawberries. Blend and it's like a milkshake
