1. Eligibility
Must be 18 or older to enter. Our employees, as well as our subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion partners, and employees’ immediate family members are ineligible participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Agreement to Rules
By entering, participants agree to accept marketing SMS/MMS messages (carrier charges may apply), abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions. We have the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. Participants agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.
4. Entry Period
Summer promotion begins on May 15, 2023 at 12:00AM EDT and will end September 30, 2023 at 12:00AM EDT, unless extended by the contest sponsor. If the contest is extended, notification will be made here and by social media.
5. How to Enter
Entry can be made online by subscribing to Insane Labz SMS/MMS* marketing program.
Entrants must be subscribed at the time of the giveaway to qualify. Fraudulent entries or those that attempt to circumvent program rules will be invalidated.

7. Odds
The odds of winning will vary, dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
8. Selection and Notification of the Winner
Winner will be selected at random, from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Insane Labz is not responsible for winner's failure to receive notification of winning.
Failure to claim the prize within 5 business days of the notification (by email or phone) will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be selected from the remaining entries.
9. Rights Granted by the Entrant
If selected as the winner, you agree to grant Insane Labz the right to use your voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
10. Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the contest in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond our control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/sweepstakes.
We have the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, and have the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
Participant’s entry into our contest constitutes agreement to release and hold harmless Insane Labz and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
12. Disputes
As a condition of participating in the promotion, disputes not resolved between the participant and Insane Labz shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in your Arkansas, without any form of class action. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules
By entering the contest, the entrant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
