This is honestly one of the best preworkouts out there, the formulas is great and you feel amazing too. Everytime I take my pre before my workout, the flavor is amazing and doesn’t taste bland or too sweet or sour like other brands. Also even as someone who is a caffeine addict, this pre workout always does the job no matter what and keeps me alert and energetic every time I take it. I kid you not I have hit around 5 bench press prs within the last 2 weeks taking a scoop and a half mixed with my creatine. Strawberry lemonade and asylum juice mixed together are very good and balanced but unfortunately the asylum juice is a limited stock item. Looking forward for new preworkout to buy
