ProLean Muffins: The Step By Step Guide

High-Protein Sugar-Free ProLean Muffins

Looking for a delicious, guilt-free treat that helps you hit your daily macro goals? These high-protein muffins eliminate all added sugar and swap it entirely for Insane Labz ProLean Protein Powder. Packed with 26g of protein per scoop, this easy recipe keeps muffins soft, moist, and ridiculously tasty.

Prep Time & Servings

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Bake Time: 15–18 minutes
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 12 Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Insane Labz ProLean Protein Powder (Blueberry Muffin, Vanilla, or flavor of choice)
  • 2 cups Oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
  • 2 medium Ripe bananas (mashed, for moisture & natural texture)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, Insane Labz ProLean Protein Powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Whisk in the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Bring It Together: Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula just until combined (do not overmix, as this keeps protein muffins fluffy). Gently fold in your blueberries or sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
  5. Bake: Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool & Serve: Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze them individually for an easy post-workout snack on the go!
