Why Is My Preworkout Clumpy?

DON'T PANIC. YOUR GAINS AREN'T GOING ANYWHERE!

Opened your favorite Insane Labz pre-workout and discovered some clumps? Don't freak out! Your pre-workout hasn't necessarily gone psycho on you.

Certain ingredients in our formulas are hygroscopic, which is a fancy scientific way of saying they naturally attract and absorb moisture from the air. During shipping, storage, or everyday use, that moisture can cause powders to stick together, forming clumps or even hardening.

HERE'S THE MAD SCIENCE: Clumping is a natural characteristic of certain ingredients and doesn't automatically mean your product has gone bad or lost its effectiveness.

CLUMPED UP? HERE'S WHAT TO DO.

If your powder has formed a few clumps, don't throw in the towel! Gently break them apart using a clean, dry utensil, then mix your pre-workout with water as directed.

Minor clumping alone isn't necessarily a reason for concern. However, if your product has become rock-hard, appears unusually moist, has an unusual odor or appearance, or won't dissolve properly, don't use it until our team has had a chance to investigate.

KEEP THE MOISTURE OUT. KEEP THE INSANITY IN.

Want to help prevent your pre-workout from turning into a brick? Follow these simple rules:

KEEP IT COOL AND DRY. Store your supplements in a cool, dry place away from humidity, heat, and direct sunlight.

DON'T DITCH THE DESICCANT. That little moisture-absorbing packet inside your container? It's there for a reason! Leave it in place and never consume it.

KEEP YOUR SCOOP DRY. Moisture is the enemy! Always use a completely dry scoop, and avoid introducing water or sweaty hands into the container.

SEAL IT UP TIGHT. Close the lid securely after every use to limit exposure to moisture in the air.

STILL LOOKING A LITTLE TOO INSANE?

If your product has hardened excessively or you're concerned about its condition, our customer service team is ready to help!

Reach out to Insane Labz Customer Support with your order number or proof of purchase, the product's lot number, and a few clear photos of the powder. Be sure to keep the product and its original container in case our team needs additional information.

BOTTOM LINE: A few clumps don't automatically mean your pre-workout is defective. It's often just science doing its thing.

KEEP IT DRY. KEEP IT SEALED. KEEP IT INSANE!
