ii. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and purchase will not increase odds of winning over any other entry method.
iii. Promotion Description
Promotional period begins November 1, 2024 at 12AM and ends on December 2, 2024 at 11:59PM CST. Drawing will be held at random from all promotional entries received.
iv. Eligibility
Promotion is open only to US residents, age 18 or older.
Founders, employees and partners of Insane Labz and Insane Labz' parent companies, subsidiaries and other related companies and their families, are not eligible to enter or win.
v. Prizes
Promotion will award the following prizes by random drawing from all eligible promotional entries. A different winner will be drawn for each prize and no entrant may be awarded more than one prize. If, after an entrant has been awarded a prize, the same entrant is selected, the subsequent entry or entries shall be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. Prizes from third party vendors will will be drop shipped, subject to availability. If a prize advertized is unavailable, the winner will be awarded a cash prize, equivalient to the ARV shown (if the prize is available, it may not be substituted or changed for any other prize or offer).

vi. How to Enter
Each $50 purchase increment on insanelabz.com during the promotional period will qualify the purchaser for entry, and no additional steps need to be taken by the purchaser to enter.

Mailed entries are limited to 1 per day and a maximum of 10 for the promotional period. Regardless of postmark, entries received after the end of the promotional period will not qualify.
vii. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random by an officer of Insane Labz, on or about December 10, 2024. When a winner fails to verify a valid shipping address within the time specified below, the prize shall be forfeited. Odds of winning depend upon number of an individual's entries, and the total number of entries received.
viii. Winner Notification
We will notify each winner electronically, by email, on or about December 10, 2024. Each winner will have seven (7) calendar days to reply with a verified shipping address.
ix. Privacy
Entrants are subject our corporate privacy policy, available at InsaneLabz.com.
x. Limitation of Liability
All prizes are direct shipped or emailed to the recipient. The sponsor of this promotion is not liable for prizes that are lost or damaged in transportation or are, for any other reason outside of the sponsor's control, not received by the selected winner.
xii. Winner List
A list of winners' first and last names will be published on this page for a period of ten (10) days after the final winner's notification is complete.
