Got this as an add on to the nifty fifty deal.
Pros-can be used as a travel container for single serving as it is capped on both ends.

Cons- Top is not wide enough. The opening is the exact size of the scoops for the insane Labz powder products. This causes spillage. Bottom is too wide. Doesn’t fit inside a standard water bottle for it to be practical. Only the threaded part for the cap fits inside. Actually makes this more of a hassle when just mixing up a quick serving before the gym. Have to unscrew top, fill, screw top back on, turn upside down, remove spout cap, carefully put on bottle to not waste anything.
